Here I have used a gelli plate mono-printing technique to create a background, then painted in what is called a negative painting technique to create this holiday ornament painting. 

I was in the holiday spirit and loving the bright red background of this print. To me is is fun, energetic, and feels so happy. I hope you feel happy when seeing too!
