Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items. These items will be available for download upon purchase. An email address is required for purchase and you must provide a physical address upon checkout.

Personal Energy Portraits/art readings and commissioned artworks are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of these customized items. These items will be shipped upon completion of the project. If you have concerns about your completion date feel free to reach out.

Items are generally shipped using USPS but other alternatives may be utilized at the discretion of Creative Spirit Studios.
