Overview

Thank you for supporting my creative work! All digital products available on this website — including digital papers, embellishments, illustration pages, digital books, and other downloadable art — are original works created by Creative Spirit Studios (owned by Tonya Henderson).

When you purchase a download, you’re receiving a personal-use license — not ownership of the artwork itself.

This agreement explains what you can and cannot do with your purchase in simple terms.

License Scope

Your purchase grants one non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
That means:

✅ You may use the files for your personal creative projects, such as:

  • Printing at home for your own art, scrapbooks, journals, or decor
  • Making gifts for family and friends (not for sale)
  • Using for personal, non-commercial inspiration or enjoyment

🚫 You may not:

  • Sell or resell the files or printed versions
  • Use the artwork to create products for sale (physical or digital)
  • Share or distribute the files online or with others
  • Upload the assets to print-on-demand, AI training, or download sites
  • Claim the designs as your own work

All Creative Spirit Studios downloads are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

If you are interested in using any design for business or commercial purposes, please contact Tonya through the official contact form to request permission or a custom license.

Copyright and Ownership

All designs, artworks, illustrations, and digital books remain the intellectual property of Creative Spirit Studios.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright.
You are purchasing the right to use the file(s) under this Personal Use License only.

Credit / Attribution

Credit is not required for personal use.
However, if you choose to share photos of your personal creations online, a simple mention such as “Designs by Creative Spirit Studios (tonyahenderson.com)”
is always appreciated — but completely optional. 

Refunds and Returns

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once a download is complete.
Please ensure that you have the appropriate device or software to open these file types before purchasing.

Liability and Warranty

All products are provided “as is.” Creative Spirit Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the functionality or suitability of these files for any specific purpose.
Creative Spirit Studios is not liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of downloaded content.
