Led by visionary artist and spiritual guide Tonya Henderson, this high-vibrational experience is limited to just 6 participants to ensure an intimate, safe, and deeply supported sanctuary.

Through four woven meditations, intuitive artmaking, and a sacred fire ritual, you will quiet the noise, open your channel to Source, and anchor your transformation into physical form.

No art experience is required. Come exactly as you are. This is not a traditional art class—it is a day of coming home to yourself through creative devotion.

Your Sacred Itinerary

• 10:00 AM | Morning: Opening the Channel & Setting Intentions
  We begin by grounding onto the land. Tonya will guide you through a breathwork meditation designed to quiet the mind and open your creative channel. You will receive your sacred workshop journal to anchor your initial intentions, followed by a gentle creative flow of intuitive mark-making and color play.
• 12:30 PM | Midday: Nourishment & Integration
  We pause to rest, connect, and digest the morning's shifts. Enjoy a beautifully curated spread of nourishing seasonal snacks, artisanal chocolates, and loose-leaf herbal teas provided by the studio.
• 1:30 PM | Early Afternoon: Listening to the Inner Voice
  We return to the studio to activate deeper listening. A focused visualization attunes you to the guidance that is always available but rarely heard in daily life. This flows naturally into a deeper creative practice exploring color, channeling words, symbols, and soul-imagery without the interference of the thinking mind.
• 3:30 PM | Late Afternoon: The Burning Away Ritual
  We step outside to the studio's permanent Medicine Wheel. Here, you will write down the old versions of yourself, limiting beliefs, or heavy energies onto sacred paper. In a powerful collective ritual, we will safely burn them away, letting the fire clear space for the new you.
• 4:15 PM | Closing: Integrating the Soul's Message
  We return to the studio for a final grounding meditation to anchor everything you have experienced. We gather in a closing circle of sharing, gratitude, and celebration, leaving you with a physical and spiritual anchor to take home.
